Contract agreement with mini session booking

- I understand that I will show up to my session promptly and that if I am late, session time may be shortened.

- Number of images in a gallery is dependent upon subject’s ability to cooperate.  No reschedules allowed based on this reason.

- Model Release: I agree that Lovas Photography may use the images from my session for the following reasons, but not limited to: portfolio, social media, advertising, website, marketing, and blog.

- Lovas Photography retains the copyright to all images, per USC Title 17 (US Copyright Law). Client may not use images provided from session for contests, advertising, marketing, or profit, unless otherwise specified by Lovas Photography.

- Online gallery will be prepared within 14 days of session. Please understand that if illness or death in the family occur, this timeline may be lengthened up to 1 week.

- Cancellation of session must be done within 72 hours. Retainer is transferrable to another session but not refundable. In the occurrence of rain, a rain date will be added if outdoors.

- I agree to have payment ready in the form of cash or check made payable to Lovas Photography at the time of the session.

- Time slot will not be reserved until retainer is paid in full via online invoice. You will be able to upgrade to a full gallery for a fee if you would like more than your 10 digital images. You will be able to choose your 10 images out of your full gallery.

- Please give photo credit to Lovas Photography on social media sites (such as Facebook) by tagging Lovas Photography.

- Print release will be given to client for printing through other sources, professional printing available through online gallery.
