Why Lovas Photography?

If you are looking for a wedding photographer that will capture your day in a fun, timeless and vibrant way, then Lovas Photography is for you. I service couples in the Greater Pittsburgh region, central Pennsylvania area and the tri-state region. As a resident of the South Hills of Pittsburgh, I frequently capture weddings in the south-western portion of the city, as well as downtown. Growing up in central PA, I also have connections to that region that I frequently visit and capture, too. Rachel Lovas has also travelled around Europe and Australia and is open for destination weddings.

Organized Planning

Coming from a fine arts and communications background, with a master's degree in public relations, Rachel prides herself in making sure everything is planned out accordingly to make sure the day goes smoothly as possible before, the day of and after. Sure, many times unplanned things pop up on your wedding day, but with years of experience and an average of 35-40 weddings a year, Rachel can help smooth over those speed bumps and help capture a beautiful day.

I'm more than willing to help give professional recommendations for other wedding vendors that I have personally worked with and know and trust to do an excellent job. I can also help with planning locations, timelines, and venue inputs.

As a mother myself, I have those natural motherly instincts to make sure everyone on your day is accommodated. Organization is key-- especially whenever most Pittsburgh churches only have a 15 to 20 minute maximum timeline to follow for formal family portraits; it's always one of my strengths to make sure those go as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Aside from making sure my couples are happy, it makes me especially happy whenever mom's love me, too!
