Silver Bells with the Drizos Family

The Drizos family and I spent a Sunday afternoon down at PPG place in Downtown Pittsburgh for their family Christmas photos. It was a lively afternoon with many other families rocking around the Christmas tree on ice skates and lots of children waiting to visit with Santa in Market Square. We ran into several friends and I was reminded that the holiday season isn't only about giving gifts-- but it's about family, laughter, love and spending time with those that you don't get to see very often. Seeing the smiles on the children's faces as they were posing for our pictures and watching them as they anxiously waited to have fun, reminded me that as long as everyone is having fun, you don't need to sweat the small things in life. The kids had fun and I'm glad I was able to capture their natural silliness and smiles as we spent some time in the city...
City sidewalks busy sidewalks Dressed in holiday style In the air there is a feeling of Christmas Children laughing People passing Meeting smile after smile And on every street corner you'll hear
Silver bells (silver bells) It's Christmas time in the city ring- a- ling (hear them sing) soon it will be Christmas day
